the only time I've experienced any questionable or memorable negative wind experiences on the Road King is between Wichita and Dodge City, KS.
Every cattle hauler I met on the two-lanes would hit so hard with wind force it would compress the front end. Something about the mass and shape of those trucks. Other tractor trailers, no problem.
and with the Street Glide, Road Glide and Road King, I've never been bothered by passing trucks or going around tractor trailers on the interstate. That is pretty much a non-event for me in my experience. Some like to tout that as a reason to favor one platform over another, I just really can't tell the difference.

Man thats what I keep hearing. That CVO windshield they have looks great on the RKS. I am thinking of getting one for mine. Great return policy too.

I test drove the SGS, RGS and the RKS.
SGS the buffeting is a deal breaker for me. (even with a fancy windshield). Overall feel like a convertible car.
RGS is a nice ride, but feel kinda awkward to handle that fixed fairing and even harder to deal with the shark face
RKS is just better, fantastic ride, looks amazing and still feel like you are riding a bike, not a 2 wheel convertible car.
I love the looks of the SGS, how effective is the RGS and how simple is the RKS.
For me the price also spoke high. Why pay for fancy audio/gps if I only really need my phone and Bluetooth on my helmet?
