From the pictures,it looks like a lot of thought went into the conversion. Great conversation piece.

I wouldn't buy it, but I'd take it out for a ride just out of curiosity.....

Someone went through all that trouble to mount a springer on there and they couldn't spend ten minutes to get the fender on straight?

Better ask air head BMW fans what they think about it. I'm thinking the replies would center on heresy and blasphemy..

I'm a red, white and blue Harley guy !! If I lived in Europe maybe for a thrill I might ride it. Been riding since 66 and have miles on different scooters. Suzuki, Honda, Yamaha, Triumph,... Indian, BSA, Norton, ETC. Nothing does it for me like a Harley does. My ride-o-meter says if it doesn't look cool to me I'm not on it !!

I'd change a few things, but I'd definitely ride it.
I'd love to see the faces of staid, conservative BMW riders. One of 'em would probably faint.

I'm in agreement with the general consesus here, I wouldn't buy it, but I would take a ride on it.
I think it would be safe to say we've all seen alot worse than this.

As I think about this a bit more, this could be a one-off, custom, factory experimental Harley Davidson XA.
I think the original XA also had a springer.
