No it isn't. It's a cafe style jacket. The perforations in the sleeves of the one in question might be a bit sissyfied but the style isn't. Not everyone wants to emulate this ruff-tuffy taxi driver looking guy you know.

 

Couple weeks ago (maybe still) Milwaukee Leather was having a blowout sale and I bought some decent leather jackets for $39 & $49 each.

Big discounts on vests too. I don't know if they still are doing this sale.

 

Now now ... I've got just the fix :>)

That is a very good price. I had a schott bros. jacket in that style without the perforation 40 years ago. Out grew it and gave it to my brother who still wears it to this day.
