Do you know how sometimes you look at a thread title and just sorta skip over it? And then you notice the replies are just stacking up and the thread just sorta mocks you to open it and have a read. So, you open the thread and start reading...only to be very sorry that you did.

That's me right now.

lmao, at this thread

Agree. Too may people going to school and not getting anything out of it. Expect to get top dollar. The schools are blame for that and the people are too dumb to understand that the top couple of the graduating class will make the top dollar. All the rest make average.

Say on over 500 too!

So we going to 600? 550?

Yeah, I hate that. End up spending so much time reading a bunch of bullshit, but you just can't stop.

To some of us it called SELF RESPECT! or better known as your either part of the problem,,, or part of the fix!

Its not just deadbeats. You got tradesman making 100k or more, taking unemployment for the winter or a few weeks when slow.
Your saying, unemployment benefits are for those unemployed thru no part of their own,,,,,IF they make minimum wage? Or do you really not understand unemployment is an INSURANCE!! not an entitlement! and it is paid for by every hour you work. Or do you just not understand getting all the benefits some work their azz off for????

So in this guys case, I say going for specific degree with placement would atleast be a start. Ya I suspect he may not be a rising star. But he may be able to afford a Harley.
Get real, and realize skilled trades is not bar room job offers,, where some say, I will take that job but aint worth *** much as those qualified for it, just throw me some crumbs you don't need them!

Like everything else to many people think others should help pay for their mistakes in life, sorry but I just don't see it that way, regardless what it is you did it, you gotta pay the price for your lack of responsible decisions!

How many guys on the trades on unemployment, sitting on their *** rather finding another job in the winter? In don't blame them its there. Personally I think if you make so much money, you should not be able to get unemployment every single year. There employers are also putting money in.

Some of the guys will finish their year in states like MN, so they can get more money.

Unemployement should be an insurance, not something you draw on every year like a piggy bank. Espeically when you are not trying to find work.
