My 2000 GMC truck would get knocked down at 95. Didn't know they did it on bikes, but the idea has been out there.
The japs had or have self imposed 200 mph limit. Not sure how they do it.

Well then that should put to rest anyone who thinks it is a rev limiter or something wrong with bike.

You can by pass with a tuner, but you will have all sorts of fun trying to get any showroom stock motorcycle to actually do 200 mph. Strictly talking stock motorcycle from the Japanese manufactures.
In the Sport/Hyper bike world look up the term "Hand of God".
On the 2000 model pick up truck, in 1996, when they changed over to the OBDII computer, all the factory pick up trucks had a speed limiter of 97-105 mph, depending on the name brand.

Actually this was the second time I’ve had to take it in and I have warranty repairs done the first time did not affect the way it ran this time however I took it in because it wasn’t wanting to idle correctly so I take it to the shop turns out an intake gasket had blown before I took it to the shop it would run 115 easy now 105 TopSpeed

Factory should not tell me how fast I can go on a product I bought. What if I am in a great chase scene to save the orphange?
I havn'thad mine up to 115. But have cruised for 100 miles over 90. These big heavy machines cruise well. My bikes only go around 105,but they have run out.
