Does the Motorco offer rebates at the end of the year to move leftover new models.
Juat kind of curious as we are possibly thinking about moving to a touring model instead of our heritage.

 

Never heard of any rebates by MoCo,maybe at MSRP,although the way the motorcycle industry is going they maybe forced to in the near future.

 

They may offer lower interest rate.

 

I’ve never seen them.

 

Just a thought but have you considered asking your local dealers what their thoughts on this might be? Might not hurt to ask.

 

I can't think of seeing any rebates from the MOCO but dealers are always having good deals when the new models come out. ie when 2020 models hit the floors in september I believe it will be they will be trying to get rid of 19 inventory. My buddy got something like 2500 or 3k off his RKS and they threw in docking hardware and detachable sissy bar, some t shirts and a few other store goodies.

 

They did in 2018. They were random mailed coupons for $1500 off all 2018 softails purchased in the month of june. My kid got one, a guy at work got one yet my brother in law didnt get one. I have not heard of or seen anything as of late though.

 

Rebates are a shell game.

Give you incentives to buy and dealer will play games and make it back up in interest.

Even if you find your own financing they can move numbers around to their advantage.

Use high caution when when rebates are offered

 

Never recieved anything from harley. My dealer offers a 1k gift certificate, going on right now

 

Nope Moco don't budge but dealers make less money to get rid off some of their inventory. Honda does but they still don't move much few 2016 Goldwings still floating around even after $7K discount and 2018 also discounted but still don't move.
