Question where to buy - extra bar on handlebar?

Looking for either the NAME or name + where to buy.....a straight bar I can bolt onto the handlebars on my 2004 RKC so I can mount cell phone, GPS, etc. to.
Not much real estate on there, especially with a windshield bag and batwing already there. The picture is old, so there are already a couple things on the uprights.

I am basically looking at putting a 1" SS straight bar horizontally , straight across, 'connecting' the left and right sides of the bars, up nearISH to the curves, as indicated in red
in my very poor recreation in Windows-Paint.

Thanks

Red bar - where to buy?

Two RAM Ball Mounts, one on each side mounted to the handlebars (the kind that wrap around the bar). Then, you could make a shelf out of aluminum flat stock to span the distance with two RAM Ball Mounts mounted to the underside. To position it use two small RAM connectors. The shelf would then create a flat spot for mounting (cell phone mounts, radar detector, hide any wiring underneath, even mount a small tablet, etc.), or you could use two more RAM Bar Mounts to hold a horizontal tube. The result would be adjustable for height, angle, and location. It would also be removable.

That's me...complex solutions for issues you never knew you ever had.....

Edit: just thought of something else...two CIRO mounts for the control mounts (forgot what they call it...I just put a cup holder on mine and it mounts to the control mounts) then span from one ball mount to the other.

I saw one of those bars somewhere before I picked up my RK and now I see the need for one. I'll see if I can find it and post back.

There are swivel type pipe clamps that can be had at any plumbing shop . Paint or polish and your good to go .

MyFavRK...WOW - I have never seen such a device (though, I am not a plumber, I used to work in construction in a former life)

I'll have to look around for something like that. I have a couple old handlebars that I could cut up and a "U" shaped piece might fit nicely using those mounts.
Anyone know what THEY are called?

Thanks

Sorry , I forgot to mention that !! It's called a Double Swivel Pipe Clip . They have much beefier ones than the one I posted . If you do a search you'll see what I'm taking about .
