Default Harley publishing horse and torque numbers

I have been noticing finding Harleys hp and torque numbers are more freely available these days. See new Hog mag .. Wander meets Lust article.

guess they are giving the dual sport and sport (soon) a shot.

I'm pretty sure the torque numbers have been listed on the HD website for at least the last 17 years.
What I found strange is that the HP & torque numbers previously were listed in the HD factory service manuals.
In my 1993 FSM, the 80 ci EVO is listed as: 69 hp @ 5000 rpm, 82 ft-lbs @ 3600 rpm
In my 2004 FSM, the 88 ci Twin Cam is listed as: no hp given, 85 ft-lbs @ 3000 rpm
In my 2011 FSM, no hp or torque numbers are given
