Default Tuning my 2019 street bob

Just purchased a 2019 street bob and a new full exhaust system 2-1 two brothers. I know it’s probably best to do so but do I have to tune the bike if I install new exhaust or just when I install new air cleaner. I am thinking about buying the FP3 instead of Screamin eagle tuner that way I don’t need to take it to dealership I can do it all myself. Just wondering if I will wreck bike by installing exhaust and not tuning

When and if you install a new a/c , then you'll need to re-tune your bike. As it sits right now, you're fine with just the exhaust.

Bag the FP3 and buy a Dynojet Power Vision from Fuel Moto.

You're welcome.

You know you can install the SEPST and tune it yourself without taking it to the dealer, right??? The Smart Tune function in the SEPST is an iterative process to dial in the tune after first applying a base map then riding the bike while recording the sensors in the closer loop system.

You have no warranty , just so you understand even if your dealer says you do, you don't. If you need warranty and it goes on the digital scanner and it will you have no warranty. Your dealer may underwrite your fixes but that is on him.
If it goes to a dealer with the 2B pipe on it it's got no warranty , the 2B pipe is crap anyways. There are much better 2 into 1's out there most any is better than the 2B.

I would have to look into my paperwork but as far as I know I do have warranty. But I bought exhaust and looking for a/c and looking into tuner I just don’t want to have to spend a huge amount of money just for buying Screamin eagle tuner when I can install the exhaust and a/c also I am not sure if the fp3 allows stage 2 cuz that’s definitely something I want to do in the near future

Exhaust fp3 and a/c I can install but when it comes to Screamin eagle I have to get it dynoed but if I do fp3 sounds like I can personally put on a map and auto tune after a few full tanks even tho I’m a dummy. I know I have warranty but I am literally thinking of playing dumb just to install stage 1 on my bike and play dumb when it comes to the tuner

I am also at the point where I don’t care about warranty, I have bought the exhaust just making sure I can install it without any problems. I hardly know anything about mechanics and what not but I can easily YouTube and install exhaust a/c everything on my bike because I already spent 20k on bike the last thing I want to do is spend another 3k on a stage 1 upgrade when I can do it myself

If you dont care about the warranty, fine, that's your call. I think the post raising the warranty point was to warn you, just in case you aren't aware. If you are in the US and add a non-EPA compliant tuner such as FP3, the HD dealer diagnostics trigger an alert that automatically sends to HD. They then invalidate your warranty (I guess only for engine system related claims?).
