Question Rain Gear

Hello All and thanks in advance for any and all responses!

Looking for your thoughts and suggestions for the best Rain Gear. What have you discovered keeps you the most dry and did NOT cost a fortune. The best one I had was a H-D set that is no longer available. My favorite part about the pants from that set was the pants zippered up from hip to ankle. The only ones I've seen that way.

Ready... Set... GO!

I’m very happy with the HD Hi Vis gear.

After a couple others, I bought the HD Hi-Vis rain suit last year. I got the chance to use it this week and it works well. I bought it from my local dealer when they had a 20% off sale.

HD Hi-VIs for me too. It's one of those few HD branded things that I think is worth the price.

EDIT: Good price from Utah HD too: https://www.shoputahharley.com/search?q=98275-08VM

I went through several cheap rain suits before I finally bought a H-D rain suit. Been happy with it now for about 15 years.

I use the Olympia New Horizon rain jacket and pants. It's not let me down yet. Cost is under $200 for the set, choice of colors, well made.

Thanks for that. I had Grundens in my saddlebag for years, and the zipper on the pant leg finally let loose after a "spirited" ride above 100.

I know the HD gear is good, my buddies have it, but that is WAY to much branding and neon for me.

I am going to order a set of the Olympia.

They look a lot like Frog Toggs.
