I ordered Bullet fairing for my 2020 Slim yesterday and never received a notification so i called their customer service. She said it will take 3-4 weeks! Oh my lord why??? Im assuming that fairing is available since on their site none indicated that it backordered.

Is that really slow? If i knew it, i just went to jpcycles, rev or denniskirk to salvage those parts that needed..

 

It does say this in a yellow banner at the top of their website...

If you can't or don't want to wait then cancel your order and buy the parts as you stated.

Yup. Covid. I got the Bullet fairing for my 2020 Slim also. It took about 3-4 weeks to get mine. It was worth the wait in my opinion plus I wasn't in any rush.

 

Given the demand for plexiglas shields for COVID barriers for schools and businesses, I wouldn’t be surprised that plexiglas is in short supply for motorcycle windshields.

Back in March I ordered my windshield from Memphis Shades and got it in about five days. That was, of course, before the entire world went crazy.

 

Be glad you're not waiting on HD backordered parts.

 

I understand with the pandemic going on but tried calling or emailing customer service/support but no dice.

anyway, i did ordered el paso windshield on ebay and mount on motorcycleid.
