Default Is this a good deal on a 2020 FLHTK?

I've been looking at new bikes for several years, but I didn't want to spend over $25k, and I thought most of the colors were blah. I really like this teal, and have come to the conclusion the Ultra Classic is never coming back. I have no idea what a good price is anymore, but I see this bike selling for over $30k new. Is this a good deal? It's nice that it is at the closest HD dealer to me also.

Depending on the fees they try to tack on, that’s a good deal.

If nothing else, it’s certainly a great starting point for negotiations.

That's a pretty good price on a great Bike. See if you can get the dealer to pay the tax, $26,999 out the door!!! It's worth a try!

I would say that's a good deal, in today's market. I paid $17k for my stripped down 2020 EG standard. I have $19k in it now. You get the 114, heated grips, tour pak, luggage rack, touring seat, fancy color, radio, chrome engine parts, twin cooled, rear crash bars, lowers, spot lights, rear floor boards, frame air deflectors, and more. I'd say go for it.

That's a $30K bike before taxes and fees. If you can get it OTD at $28K, that would be a good deal.

Why would someone sell a new bike with 800 miles on it? Was it a demo bike? Was it wrecked?

I think it's an OK deal Ron. The 800 miles sounds like a RENTAL unit to me. ASk them if that was the case. Still, it's a 3K discount off list price. Not bad at all.

Ron - Here, this bike new is about 31k. The price is fair. There shouldnt be any fees (prep or freight) as its used. I traded in a bike with less miles (my story and dont ask me to share), its not a rental... My .02, you work hard, the price is good, if its clean and light you up - buy it, ride to NJ and Ill buy the beer!

I think it's a good deal for a bike that lists for over $30k. For me... for a bike $27k is still too high in general, but if you are strictly going off MSRP. Ya, it's a good deal
