For your 2018 Heritage, the fender tip part numbers are :
59600037 - Front
59600031 - Rear
Forum member, monkeyboy22, provides a very gracious service by helping to locate OEM parts at Harley dealers. He does not provide the cost since that is determined by the individual dealer and you can find that by calling the dealer.
