Default Exhaust

I have a 2021 HD Low rider s. I took the stock dual exhaust off and installed Rinehart 2 in 1 exhaust. Everything is on and installed correctly. I had to loosen and partially remove the mid control to get the new exhaust on properly. However, when I went to put the mid control back on, it’s doesn’t sit flush where it’s supposed to when trying to bolt it back into place. One of the arms controlling the foot brake just rubs and scrapes the underneath part of the heat sheild. So frustrating. Almost seems if the mid controls could be just a tad bit lower. But I can’t just rearrange. Any thoughts on why it’s rubbing the heat Sheild? I just can’t figure it out

denniskirk shows that "Rinehart Chrome 2 into 1" doesn't fit 21 fxlrs. Might wanna double check with where you purchased.

You might have to fabricate a bracket to adjust the peg position slightly if the above post is correct.

you need the mid controls bracket. Call rinehart. They make a bracket specifically for that bike.
