Investigation into Tesla crash that killed HD rider

This guy has received a cease and desist letter from Musk and refuses to back down. (Tesla on FSD runs over child mannequins, four times.)
The 30-second commercial sponsored by the Dawn Project, a safety advocacy group founded by O’Dowd, shows a Tesla Model 3 striking four different child-sized mannequins while driving a test track at Willow Springs International Raceway in Rosamond, California.
This needs further investigation.

The videos that Tesla wants taken down were shown by the community to be false so the claims are dubious at best and slander at worst.
However, why not ask the IIHS how the Tesla performed in their testing???
Back in 2019 the cars were considered advanced for their ability

and in 2022 the FSD software pretty much puts them over the top

"The videos that Tesla wants taken down were shown by the community...."
And yet, when I google O'Dowd, Dawn Project video false? I get lots of hits, but none disputing his "claims by the community" to be false (or slander st worst.) Can you share a link?
He admits that he didn't have the NHTSA present, but used a professional driver. But the are no hits disputing his claims that I found on a quick google search. (Who is this "community" ?)

After reading this thread my friend and I got to wondering if the adaptive cruise on his new suburban and the same cruise system found on my 19 suburban would see motorcycles. Adaptive cruise is fairly common today while we see Telsas every now and then. A couple of days ago I got on my bike and he got in his suburban. I set my cruise at 50 and he set his cruise at 55 some distance back. His vehicle caught me and slowed down to match my speed and when I increased my speed his vehicle also increased his but maintained the same distance behind. We also checked the blind spot warning lights that flash on the mirrors and they recognized the bike as well. I guess thats semi good news.

I agree, please post your evidence of "shown by the community to be false so the claims are dubious at best and slander at worst".

From the previous link...
And from that link...
while defending itself from a National Highway Traffic Safety Administration investigation into fatal crashes involving its precursor Autopilot system. A total of 14 crash deaths have been reported in those investigations.
This is one of more than 30 crashes being investigated by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), all of which potentially have involved Autopilot. Out of the 35 special crash investigations into Tesla since 2016 involving the electric vehicle company’s ADAS, Autopilot has been ruled out only in three.
