Doesn't surprise me if you've got designated visitor and designated resident lanes. People pulling up in a visitor lane are going to be priority one as they are, more often than not, people who would not have access and are going to require interaction and customer service. People pulling up in the resident lane know they're supposed to be there and have the tools needed to get them in and out. So not much attention is needed on that end unless something happens, visitor pulls into the wrong lane, etc.
