In my barnstorming daze on a fast Kawi I once led a bunch of trucks, vans and other bikes to party at a lake hidden in the woods. Speeds kept increasing til we were all breaking some serious laws. Showing off I came back alongside a truck where a chick handed me a brewski.
The wind siphoned that stuff right out of the can so I got in front of one of the trucks and held it out there.
That's a funny gas tank but I doubt it will catch on.

This is useless as a snack tray until/unless it also includes a place to hold the dipping sauce container.

Honestly, this is a good way to showcase design and build skills, but I'm skeptical of how useful it will really be over the lost fuel volume on a tank this size.
I'd rather be able to ride another 5 miles than have an empty cup/can holder, but that's just me.

I'm sure the guy wasn't going for an A+ in the practicality department...

I like it. It's cool and I could see it on the choppers that these guys are building these days, for no other reason besides the fact that it's different, cool, and why not?

Would I put it on my Road Glide? No.

The ashtray on the top of the tank next to the filler neck is a nice touch. Smoking, drinking, and a little gasoline. What could go wrong with that?

Looks cool but should have sized it for a soft insert of some type. I'd be worried about paint damage and other wear.

Pretty ingenious, but his 90 mile tank turned into 50 or so...

Yeah. I see it now. Divide the ashtray in half. Then you'll have a place for your salsa or dipping sauce. Not sure you'll be able to go down the road that way. But you'll be quite popular at bike night

Can't see that as an ash tray. The ashes would all blow out before he got to the bike night. But it would work as he sat there and drank his beer and lit a joint!!!
