The subject is most riders per capita, Wisconsin is in both lists, 4th at 323,974 registered bikes on one list with 5.9 million people equals 541bikes per every 10 thousand residents.
Compared to other data of 320,021 registered that down 3,953 bikes. I don’t know -/+ % error, we still have a lot bikes missing.

The other data shows it at 9th out of 51 in total motorcycle registrations.

My old state NY has almost a million registered bikes triple what is in WI, but per capita Wisconsin makes the list, NY isn’t even on it
