Try running a search on "leather" on the forums. A topic well covered around here. Avoid Paki leathers unless your wife's arms are disproportionately long and thin. Overseas stuff is tailored to people around the mfrs. 25 years ago found out about made-in-china pants. The natives have very little in front and very little in back. Like Confucious say: like cheap hotel- No Ballroom!
I will only say that my jacket ( made in pakistan I guess ) does have a little longer sleeve but thats good because when I'm on the bike the length is perfect..other than that it fits fine....but if your into just fashion, harley can set you up

The longer sleeve is a good thing on the bike, but the skinniness is the problem

Buy her what she wants. I've got a two year old jacket she bought me when I bought my metric trainer. Now I got a road king and she says "You have a jacket". I hadda buy her a jacket that said Harley or she wouldnt be happy. Oh well I bought a 20
K bike I guess shes entitled to a coat.

That's about right. I work at a dealership and all the leather comes from China now. It's great quality and I like the stuff....but I appreciate why people want to buy "Made in the USA" or in my case "Made in Canada"

I can't say enough good things about Fox Creek and their products! Their customer service is the best around. The leather products are extremely well made and priced right!

You can't go wrong with them!!!

, I know Schott leathers are made here and I came across this web sight http://www.foxcreekleather.com/. Has anyone bought from either company and how is the quality etc?
I can heartily recommend both the product and service at Fox Creek. I bought a Fox Creek jacket this past year to replace the Schott that I've worn for the last 20 years. The only reason for retiring the Schott was that it no longer fit I also have a Schott flight jacket that I wear when not riding. It's definitely a high quality piece of clothing. However, the current prices on Schott jackets are through the roof; my Fox Creek jacketis every bit as good if not better and cost at least $100 less.
