Try running a search on "leather" on the forums. A topic well covered around here. Avoid Paki leathers unless your wife's arms are disproportionately long and thin. Overseas stuff is tailored to people around the mfrs. 25 years ago found out about made-in-china pants. The natives have very little in front and very little in back. The longer sleeve is a good thing on the bike, but the skinniness is the problem

I will only say that my jacket ( made in pakistan I guess ) does have a little longer sleeve but thats good because when I'm on the bike the length is perfect..other than that it fits fine....but if your into just fashion, harley can set you up

I'm sure the local harley shop can tell you what they have that is USA made.

That's about right. I work at a dealership and all the leather comes from China now. It's great quality and I like the stuff....but I appreciate why people want to buy "Made in the USA" or in my case "Made in Canada"
