Default Man dares to pursue Knievel suit

He won't let him rest...

LOS ANGELES -- Of all the bones Evel Knievel broke, the costliest may have been the left arm of public relations man Shelly Saltman.
Saltman won US$12.75 million in damages against Knievel after the daredevil attacked him with a baseball bat in 1977 over a book Saltman had written about him.
With interest, the still-uncollected sum has grown to more than $100 million by Saltman's estimate, and he intends to try to collect it.
"We are going hot and heavy after his estate," Saltman said after Knievel died Friday at the age of 69.

Maybe if someone tried to smash your head with a baseball bat but only managed to shatter your arm instead you might feel the same way.

I just think it's hilarious that the guy is such a chickensh!t punk that he waits till Evel is dead for a couple days before he files the suit. He must have STILL been scared Evel would kick his *** again.

Uh Elvis, he won the lawsuit back in the 70's. He's just trying to put in a claim against the estate to get what he already won in court 30 years ago.

I don't think Evil gave a chit about the lawsuitthen and he certainly doesn't give a chit now.
