And to make things even more confusing, there are State Statues and Laws, while individual Counties and Cities can also establish their own Ordinances.

Laws from city to city and county to county can vary...

It also gets crazy because (if I'm not mistaken) a city LEO can enforce all city, county and state level laws, while a county LEO can only enforce county and state laws, and a state LEO can only enforce laws that are at the state level.

I don't know. [8D]

My views on this are a bit off center from those of the main stream. For me.....laws, and precepts are set down my God. I dont think any man has the right to tell me what is right or wrong. I know in my heart when I did something wrong.....just like any decent human being. I dont need no crooked asses politician to tell me....or some POS book that he made up.

Italy has over 350.000 laws.
No way.
I don't think I ever committed a felony.
Frequent infractions are:
speeding
parking
not requesting recepits
Uh, on one occasion assault, the guy had been warned and warned and warned and had it coming, but it's still a felony, I believe.
Drunkennes.
Illegal carrying of a knife.. er... another felony.
Pirating music, video and games.
Poaching (did it three four times)

Uh... does this make me a 1% ?

Where is it against the law to drink in your own yard, whether front or back?. Never heard of such a thing.
In Cali it is. You can no drink any alcoholic beverages in their original containter if it can be seen by the public.

However, if you put it in a glass or a paper bag it is okay.
****ing PC!
