- it doesn't only happen on the street.
- recently/locally , we had a fatal accident on a track-day
whena retard decided that the main-straight was just the
right place to pull a "stoppie".
- A Ducati from behind slammed into that ****-stick ...
the Ducati rider died.

Tracks are places for people MORE responsible, not LESS responsible tha average.
I do track days on my car, never will on a bike. Too many idiots around.
Within my first 4 track days, I've seen 6 crashes. All but one due to idiots making idiotic actions.
The one i save was a rookie who did a rookie mistake on one of the most dangerous points there are in the world: the Ascari variant at Monza raceway.
You'd never say it is so dangerous . That's why it's even more dangerous...
He's excused because he did the right thing in the wrong place: he felt his car slide from under himself, and slowed down: he couldn't know he was doomed the moment he lifted the foot from the gas.[&o] The curve is decevingly wide, but it's VERY high speed. And it's MEANT to be made while sliding to the extreme right of the track, where it widens exactly to accomodate for such behaviour. You do it correctly, you get out of it like a cannonball. You slow down while sliding, and load transfer will lighten even more the rear and give more load on the front, the car will instantly swerve out of control and you slam at full speed into the INSIDE of the curve. You may notice the guard rail is always spanking new, there, as they change it amost weekly exactly due to this reason.
The others were two morons tailgating each-other: the first slammed his brakes to get into the Parabolic Curve, and the second slammed straight into him.
Then a guy who drove his steet car like it was a racer, lap after lap, and discovered street brakes are not made to withstand such handling when he tried to brake after a long staright sections only to find his brakes had said goodbye...
The another who didn't pay attention during slow down lap and slammed his Honda Civic again in the inside of the Ascari.
Track days are for fun, not for doing stupid things or driving/riding like you're trying to win the grand prix.

I did stuff like that on the dirt. It was alot of fun, and no one got hurt. Besides me that is.
You never know what a hyberbike rider is gonna do on the highway. I steer clear of them in my work truck, and in my 4 wheeler. I have seen some amazingly stupidthings coming over the Cross Bronx.
Just give em room to screw up, and don't get involved with the accident when it happens.
After all is said and done... help em if ya can. Just be sure your vehicle never touches his/her vehicle. Best not to be a victim of someone elses' stupidity.
