Probably to new to post this question, but do you think the Rocker swingarm would bolt right on the new Cross Bones????? That would give the Cross Bones a true hardtail look. No need to modify the CB. Just swap out.....I think that would be an awesome looking bike then. Could go further and add supports to rear fender and use for two up riding.......any thoughts? any HD techs know if this could work??????

I may be wrong because I'm not all that familar with the guts of Softails, but wouldn't you still have the fender struts coming off the rear? You'd still have to cut those off from the frame. I had the same problem with my Street Bob.

 

Yes I agree. You will need to cut off the fender struts, but minor cosmetic surgery. Have done that plenty of times with doing wide tire mods. I guess the main concern is that the Rocker has 240 tire vs. CB of 200.....

 

I saw a cross bones next to a rocker, cross bones is far a better bike, it would be better to use a Heartlands 250 kit on it if u had to http://www.heartlandbiker.com/250bobberconversion.shtml

 

The Cross Bones is a sweet bike... But I would like to see a better fender on it...
