I've had a Wide Glide for the past 3 years now, but lately I've had the itch to add a touring bike to the stable. Been casually looking around for a nice used Road King. On Saturday I finally found what I was looking for, so I gave the guy a deposit and told him I'd be back today with the rest of the cash so I could pick the bike up. Totally forgot about President's Day and all the banks were closed! The guy has to go out of town tomorrow and won't be back til Thursday. I'm so psyched to get my hands on it, the wait is killing me! It's almost as bad as the month I had to wait to pick up my Wide Glide from the dealer.

What do you do in a situation like this???

 

i know how you feel. i just bought my first harley. i live in Minnesota. its February. i can go out in the garage and lookat it, but thats about it.

 

That sucks. At least you got it though.
