1st and foremost welcome and THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE you should be able to join the military credit union and they are really good. My son went to them with vuirtually no credit and got his MUSTANG at a pretty good rate. GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR SEARCH.......

I hear a lot of people complaining about Harley credit, so you're definitely not alone. It does seem unusual for a finance department to allow the dealer dictate the credit terms to them. That dealer needs to move bikes to stay in business. I do know that banks are really reluctant to give loans in the current climate and even folks with 800 Fico scores are being turned away from so-called luxury item loans like boats and bikes. I'd suggest shopping internet sites like Cycle Trader and Ebay Motors to find which dealers in your area are feeling motivated to close sales.

Well, I just got off the phone with Donny. When I told him who and when I talked to HDFS and that they again told me that the finance numbers originate at the dealership, He got put out with me and told me that HDFS would not say such things and that we were through talking. (I told him who and when so he could listen to the recording)....
Does anyone know who in the Houston area will deal with me? The dealer in Bryan is not the dealership to use!!
