Yeah it is! LOL!!

The local Harley Shop is really bad at customer service.....I'm sure some of you may have experienced this from other dealers. My partner is a retired Caddy/Olds dealer and his family name is well known and respected in our town. He has 2 rules when it comes to business.

1. Customer Service

2. See Rule # 1.

This is the tip of the iceberg for our first purchase. I think with the way things are going the used bike market is gonna get stronger. I had a couple bikes sold before they got off the truck. ..........Hell maybe we'll make the Harley Dealer play a little more honest!

Yeah RIGHT!! LOL!!

It's a Saturn. One of GM's POS products they dumped on unsuspecting Americans. Perfect example of why I buy foreign (but not brittish). And they wonder why their sales are in the crapper. Quite embarrassing really.

There's a guy in our county that's been doing this for awhile now. Actually he also is a car dealer. Have to admit he gets hold of some of the coolest used bikes around, very low miles, also takes consignments as the dealers around here quit that some time ago. He has a very impressive showroom and does extensive TV advertising. Heard he gets these bikes from various places. Here's a link to his cycletrader ad. I have no connection to him.

It's a small part of a private collection.

I will see about getting some pics, need to check with the owner if its OK with me posting shots.

1. Black 1967 442 Convertible.

2. Red 1968 442 - W30

3. Red 65 442

4. Red 64 Starfire.

All are full restorations!

He also has a 68 or 69 Hurst 442 waiting for restoration.

That's if ever finishes that damn 57 Fiesta!

Really? Not to hijack, but I swapped cars with my daughter this week. I have been driving her 1999 Saturn SC1. The car has 175,000, looks new and runs great. The only thing we have done is an a/c compressor. Original front end parts, alternator, starter clutch.... About 38mpg to boot.
Really I was just thinking what a gem that car has been.
PS Just gave away my 1991 GMC Safari van 312,000 miles. Never opened the engine for any repairs. Gave it to a friend down on his luck, left Detroit to go to a job in DC.
