I got caught in the ice today...and sweat bullets!

I wouldn't call it hard core...just unlucky...or in my case, lucky. I probably shoulda stopped on my way to pick up a lottery ticket! LEARFXR, yeah, I knew I was in for it when I saw one of the overpasses featuring a 5 car pile up! The pucker factor was definatly set to "HIGH" at that point. Actually, believe it or not, the cagers gave me wide berth...or let up on the accelerator in dumbfound disbelief! lol
Keep in mind, the weather wasn't like that (percipitation) when I headed out nor was it forcasted. It was a balmy sunny 75 degrees not even 12 hours earlier.

Know what your going thru, got caught a couple of weeks ago myself but only had to go 25 miles down the hill to get out of it.
Glad you got home, did you jump into the spa like I did to thaw out?

Looks like it's going to be a long cold winter this year. Glad I'm in So Cal.

Wow glad you made it home OK. I've had hairy commutes where I ended up really wishing I was in my truck a couple of times, lol. Get a car so on those bad days you don't risk yourself or that beautiful bike to undue hazard.
You look like an H-D commercial in that pic with the helmet and H-D jacket sitting on the bike, hehe. You're a Trooper for riding year around that's for sure.
