Auxiliary use for battery tender plug?

I picked up a few plugs at teh parts store and have made an extension cord long enough to run into the tent for light, mattress inflator, or small radio. another with plugs on both ends and a pair of battery clips to make jumper cables for bikes with and without the tender cord. As long as you just hook the bike up and let the battery charge you wont blow the fuse. If you try to start the 'dead' bike while hooked up it will blow the fuse. Little mini compressor sounds like a good idea I will have to look around for a compact one.

I just installed my battery tender yesterday ($39.99 model) and so I just went out and looked (seats not on yet) and it came with a 7.5 in-line fuse. My garmin only pulls 5 watts, that should be a good set-up. I think cell phones are even less but could be wrong on that one.

On my sportster I added a cigarette lighter. Wired the pigtail so it connects right next to battery. The lighter is mounted to the strap that goes up and over the battery. 60 mph and I can just reach under my left leg and I can fire up at will.
