No amount of time will be enough. If he did that to a family member of mine he would never make it to court.

the poor ol local boy makes it big,,,,, Then some dumfluck retirie moves down there and try's to ride around drunk on some vehicle he never new anything about!!!

My guess is that he will get 4 years and be out in 22 months with gain time.
