good luck with that. I was told that mine was from the environment. I even used the Wisconsin better business bureau. I got a reply that I should read the manual and learn how to clean my bike. Mine was rusty like yours but it was underneath so I didn't catch it right away. In the winter when I was cleaning it to paint, Powder coating would chip off and it would be clean metal underneath.
I hope you get some satisfaction.

If I were you, I would expect the MOCO to fix that little problem, and I would NOT take no for the answer!

I think you need to change your avatar because I forget what I was thinking for a little while after I see it and my breathing seems to get disrupted. I also keep hoping the next time around it will go a little further.

I agree take it to another Dealership. I have done that many times, when I seem to be having problems with the Local Dealership. In fact the local Dealership here were such dorks that our last 3 bikes were purchased elsewhere.

Also any here have the Extended Warrenty? Is it worth it? I have a 2007 Heritage and need to know if I should get it? There are different years 2 or 3 recommendations?

didn't get E.W. on my 07, saved the 1350.00 or so, and let it make interest in my account.
