Vigilante Attack On Motorcyclist

RE: Vigilante Attack On Motorcyclist
I thinks that is sick. People don't care what they do to people anymore. They should think what would happen if it had be them. Years ago, a boy was pulled of his bike with a piano wire and I don't remember what happened to the person that strung out the wire.

"Should be except an attorney will get this charge reduced to criminal mischief and they will get 6 months unsupervised probation."
Somehow I doubt it. This is too premeditated. Even if the victim was a royal pain in the @ss in and around the community, law enforcement and the State Prosecutor will want to make sure that John Q. Citizen gets the message loud and clear that you just can't take the law into your own hands. The consequences of their actions are too severe. Probably a conviction of aggravated battery or Malicious Wounding -- both felonies here in Virginia. What will probably hurt the morons worse is when the victim ends up owning all three of their houses after the personal injury suit. Justice will be served -- one way or another.

wow, I'm never going back to Los Gatos.
That's pretty scary to think people would do that.
They should have their addresses posted in the paper so everyone can pay them a visit.[:@]
