The ad says there is a Bendix carb included. No carb on bike in the picture. I always wonder about someone selling something that runs in a non-running condition. It would seem putting the carb back on would raise the price a bunch.
Early Pan's and late Knucks have the same (or close enough) lower ends. This one has been upgraded with a Shovel oil pump and auto advance distributor. I'd be real nervous about that frame.
