seeing that duo glide emblem on the fender brings back memories my first harley was a 62 duo glide. nice find.

Congrats! Sounds like it was all meant to be. I've always wanted a '49 Hydra-Glide. For now, I'll just have to "retro" my Heritage.

Keep it original. The windshield with the lower half tinted is even the old 59 one.

Wow! Congratulations, both on the bike and the cool wife. My first harley was a '64 Pan. Wish I still had it.
