Time for some Civil court action.

I might would ask him personally for an out of court settlement to leave the lawyers out (just in case he goes for it), otherwise there would be some pain and suffering that needed compensation.

I agree.. Michael Waltrip should have quit driving years ago.. DW he ain't.. and it's shameful to say the least they didn't say anything more about the Harley rider.. prayers and best wishes to him for a speedy and complete recovery.. hopefully, MW will be paying for a new Harley

Does a U-turn, hits a biker, and then blows a .06 and only get failure to yield???

Definitely open season on bikers. Why does everyone just get a simple slap on the fingers for hitting a biker! Really Pi$$e$ me off.

Well as long as Waltrip is OK... That guy is always in some sort of car trouble. the last time he flipped his vehicle a witness helped him out of the flipped vehicle. Waltrip then walked home about 1.5 miles away and didn't wait for police and further when police went to his residence he would not answer the door. I think that Waltrip might like to drink and drive. Although a .06 isn't ****.
