Seems that AI has went down hill a little in the last issues, nothing to really catch my interest HB Baggers and American Baggers and Hot Bike seems to be ok, I use to like American Rider alot but the last issue they spent about half the articles bashing HD for there style and updates, they are really high on the Vision models even though they viberate at higher speeds coming from the engine, and Joe Minton still say'n the Andrews 21 cams is all everyone needs, oh well the world goes on.

I did AI for ears, then IMO they spent to much time on custom bikes and the such.
I only do HOT BIKE BAGGER now. Tenn.Vol.

AIM is great for tec and reviews. Easyrider is great for the gals and the laughs. HB baggers is great for inspiration on the ultra.

Yup,it's a pretty good mag. The only one I take the time to stop and read at the magazine rack while I'm grocery shopping.

I've read AIM for years but don't currently subscribe although I used to. Have bought less in the past year or so. Since buying a Road King I seem to pick up American Bagger more often then AIM. Only current magazine I subscribe to is RoadRunner. Not Harley specific but has great articles and maps on rides.

Do you have a link? Tried doing a search, using Bing, but didn't come up with any discounts. I did see the one at magazines.com but the rate of $24.95 for 12 issues is the same as going direct to American Iron Magazine.

I have a subscription to AI also, and I just subscribed to Roadrunner. They are not bike specific, they cover touring and sport touring in general and have detailed stories of various places to tour. Each feature tour includes pull-out maps and and good info on what to see and suggests places to stay.

I have been reading AIM from the news stand for about a year and after this thread I pulled the trigger and ordered a subscription. Even at $24.95 it will save me since I have been buying it every month at full retail.

I got the 3 year scripts to HB Bagger and American Bagger... Although a majority of the mag's are dedicated to project bikes, the one I have scripts to have what I am looking for... I was purchasing off the rack for about 6 months before I settled
