I was at our local bike show last week and saw a 2010 Screamin Eagle Street Glide form Harley CVO. List Price was $31K. I thought I would look around and see if there were any good used ones available and get an idea of the pricing on one. I came across this one. What am I missing on this that would make a 2007 worth $45K?

I ain't figured out what makes a new one worth 30k+, yet.

 

The one they are showing is not a Screamin Eagle...My guess is someone spent a fortune on that bike and now they are hoping a fool and his money will come along.

 

Yup, like some rich rock star or someone. They will just pay cash.

 

A turbo and some paint...that's expensive but usually "made to order"...someone must have went broke getting that one done...

 

 

The dealer we use buy from will take different new bikes and build them up, motors, cams, pipes, wheels, paint, front end and all the chrome or black goodies, then put them on the floor for $10-20 K more than stockers...
Usually have them in the spring,, Me thinks they build them in the slow winter months to keep the wrenches working so they dont loose the good ones....

In Indy, there is always someone who will buy them...

but an 07, even with 121 miles for 45k is way over the top.
