I'm a lawyer, and I'd like to say that your Constitutional rights are NEVER a "technicality" my friend. It was important enough to include in the Bill of Rights (6th Amendment) and it's your God-given right as an American. Your rights... know 'em, use 'em.

I used to be a fan of quit(e?) bikes. Over the last couple of years it seems as though I have gone on a voyage of discovery and learned that sometimes you NEED to get a drivers attention or at least have some witnesses for the upcoming event.
