Default Sportster buyback 2010 - Will it happen, or just wishful thinking?

What do you think the odds are that Harley will offer the "sportster buy back" similar to what they did last year? In December '08 they started offering original MSRP of the '07 and newer Sprotsters toward the purchase of a new big twin purchased before April 15th.

I would think anything would be possible at this point in time.... However I'm not sure how the dealers might feel about another one of the MOCO "bright" buyback deals at this time.

I bet the dealers would mutiny if they did. Search any dealer's used bike section and most have as many sportsters as all other models combined. That's why they're doing the "$500 over trade-in value" promo now.

I bought my new Fat Boy last September, the dealer bought back my 18 month old FXDC that I bought new, for the price that I paid for it, On top I also got a free detachable backrest ( Fat Boy type pad ) and lugage rack, Result.
