I got MSRP, a t-shirt, a plaque, free install on the parts I bought with the bike. I already had all the riding gear I need so I don't know if they would have given me a discount, but I doubt it. My salesman is a stand-up guy. I wasn't thrilled with the service guys. I'm happy.

Oh yeah, I also received an invitation to a new owners orientation where I would have an opportunity to spend more money. I didn't go.

The dealer was 50 miles from me, he gave me a $2000 better deal than a dealer 5 miles from me plus at the last minute added detatchable back rest and rack ($700 installed) When we picked up the bike, gave us 3 T shirts of our choice, plus 20% off any parts we buy for a year (said if we bought a large amount at any one time he would increase the %. Salesman called me by name and met me at the door when we got there and escorted us to each section of the shop. We got a personal thank you card from the owner and the salesman. This is the oldest family owned dealership in Tennessee, and still one of the top sales dealership of all Harleys. Great people to deal with

I've never bought a new bike, I've had five bikes in just over seven years, though this is my first Harley. I bought every bike off of e-bay, under msrp and sold them the same way I bought them, making a profit on each one leaving a good chunk to buy my Ultra. I found my Ultra 2004 last March with 4,200 miles on it and the pictures looked great at $14,500 or make an offer. So I got it for $14,000 for a used Ultra with about $4,500 in Extras on it. Would I buy a new one, probably not when there are plenty of good used bikes out there.

Got a good deal, two t-shirts, pair of sunglasses, extra head set, picture, and the owner loaded it on his trailer and drove it 110 miles to my house.

Gave the wife and I 2 sodas and a bag of popcorn just because we were looking at a bike. Paid MSRP, they threw in 2 T-shirts, a gremlin bell, lowering blocks (installed), luggage rack (installed), 1000 mi service, 20% off every purchase within 90 days, 2 tickets for the Springfield mile and 2 for the TT races.

Also gave me the 2500 mile service w/ syn because the tech didn't think I'd be ready for the 1000 (When I picked up the bike I scheduled it for 2 weeks later).

They have 20% off days a couple times a year and other special events.
