your main is a 190 and the low speed jet is a 45...can be tricky to set up a carb properly if you haven't before. whatever you do, don't drill the vacuum port to 1/8" it could cause hunting which will increase carb popping in cold weather and popping through exhaust on decel. Try out the cv performance kit. Everything should work together nicely(neeedle, emulsion tube, spring).

I use to use a propane torch with a small rubber hose on the end..open the valve to the propane tank slightly and run the hose all the carb seals...if the idle picks up you got a vacuum leak
