Great find. I'll outbid Shu by $50 if you'll deliver.

Cool bike, I had a '78 SX250. I can tell you they ain't fast (expect to get smoked by 80cc rice burners) but they are fun little bikes. Careful some parts like cylinders are getting hard to come by. This is important because they can't be bored, they don't have liners. Just a piston in a cast aluminum cylinder. So don't blow it up, and by that I mean to ride on on the road and try to maintain 55 mph. The oil injection system (tank in frame) can't keep up at prolonged high rpm. A safer bet is pre mixing.

This is who you call if you need NOS parts. http://www.freewebs.com/charlestoncustomcycle/

This guy bought out most of the HD dealers across the country's NOS parts supply in the 80's.

A memento of Harley's darkest hour. Probably not worth a plugged nickle.

A prime example of why I didn't own a Harley until 2014.

It sure does look like it is all there. Before doing a thing find out what it might be worth in it's original condition if you think you might sell it. Otherwise a restoration would be fun if nothing else it would make great wall art.
