Upload the pic from your pc, (after you downloaded it from the site), to your HDF garage. Once the pic is in your garage, click on it to open in it's own page. There are 2 url's under the pic. Copy the top one. Then in the thread you want to display it, cick on the Add Pic icon on the toolbar above the text window and paste the url there. Once you click okeydokey, it should display in the preview before you click submit.
