You had to use muscles you haven't used in awhile.
Get it checked if it keeps bothering you.

 

Once it leans past 2:00, there's no way to recover, just let it down slowly.

 

Even if we work out all the time, its the unexpected sudden use of muscles that makes them sore. It is so hard to let the bike go knowing we have invested lots in them. I have not dropped mine "YET" but had close calls. Can you say s-t-r-a-i-n ?

 

Ive almost dropped my VTX (775#) a few times, just poor decision making when I was moving it. Im glad your ok, Im sure that you strained the heck outta your muscles, just take it easy for a bit, and like the others have said, if it keeps buggin ya, go to the Doc!
