Default Metzeler roadtec z6 interact

So I purchased this tire in the size of 180/55zr/17 and its on a 2007 Wide Glide. I have just over 3000 miles with work order stating mileage when tire was put on...the only review on these states that 32 psi is Metzlers specs...well the pics say it all...here is the review thats states the psi, notice the tire says otherwise....http://www.motorcycle-usa.com/402/27...re-Review.aspx

The Metzler guide I have doesn't show the Z6 as a recommended tire on any Harley model. It only shows it for lighter sport/touring bikes, with a recommended pressure of 36 rear, and 42 front.

I ran 42 psi in it, no 180 size tire of any brand is reccomended for a Harley/heavy bike...the 73w rating is for speeds well in excess of what i ride. the companies need to make an R, S, or a T rated tire that will last...its an 800 pound bike plus my weight, no need for a tire rated for that much speed...inferior products that cost too much

3000 miles...WOW i would go to a recommended tire for that bike...I have never seen a roadtec recommended for a HD.

but a 73w rated tire has the appropriate load range, so it really is just a guessing game where tire manufacurers are making money off our testing of their tires...to each his own
