I just took my 16 year old daughter for a 150 mile cruise and she loved it. Wants to go more often now!
It was a blast.

 

Been giving mc rides to my daughter since she was about 1 year old, around the neighborhood, back then. Today she's a single 33 yo physician that still rides with me when she has the time.

Time to trade-up or at least retrain that gf of yours.

 

Until recently a Father's Day tradition with my girls. Now they are too busy and too far away. I think your GF has a pretty deep problem.

 

My girls have rode with me since they were 8 now they are 20 and 18. I still take them out when ever I get a chance to.

 

I take my 11 year old daughter with me all the time. We just got back from a 300 mile 2 day ride. Packed up the tent and camped in Ester Park CO. Had a great time. If anyone tried to tell me taking my daughter riding with me was inappropriate, they would get an ear full. My daughter loves to ride, and I'm happy to be able to share the time with her.

 

Inappropriate? In what way? i have been giving my daughter rides for the last 25 years. And now my grand daughter wants to ride with me too. WTF is wrong with your girl friend? She might need a stay in the loony bin. Her thinking is all screwed up.

 

I take my 7 and 8 year old girls on rides all the time they love it. When my 2 year old daughter gets older she will go too. My wife hates motorcycles and, won't ride. She never says a word about the girls riding with me.

 

I take my 9 year old daughter on rides. It's a very fun bonding time for us, and a real change of pace from our usual interactions. I recommend it.

I get a little paranoid about her safety though, because she is my everything.

 

I guess it depends on how she is holding on

Please take daughters for nice motorcycle rides! For one thing, it is some of the greatest father-daughter bonding time ever, and for another, the more women encouraged to get on bikes, the more women who will end up riding.

Some of my best memories are Saturdays with my dad on his bike and him picking me up from school.
