Coming home from work tonight I stopped off at a gas station to pick up a couple of things.

I come out and I'm approached by a gentleman and his wife who is holding a map. The gentleman tells me their in town to attend their son's graduation at Lackland A.F.B. this weekend and that they are having a hard time finding their hotel.

Of course living on this side of town for many years I knew right where they were heading so instead trying to give them directions, I'm the worst at giving people directions, so I tell them to follow me and I'll take them right there.

They were kind of shocked and ask if I were sure. I told them it would be my honor and to be sure to let their son know that I said thank you for his service. I lead and they follow and they turn in to the hotel as a wave and give them a thumbs up.

Anyways made me feel good to help them out.

To all the Men and Women out there serving our Great Country THANK YOU.

And THANK YOU to all the armed forces Mom's and Dad's out there as well.
