You know what I love the most is loud pipes cover up the sound of a really loud fart. Plus when you are driving it doesn't linger like when you are in the room with someone...women's free farting zone!!!!

I just did a ride to York PA a few weeks ago...We too a back road from Deleware up into PA...slow moving back road and to our surprise, lots of big trucks to slow us down. We went through the smell of cows, horses, pigs...no big deal, its nice to smell the country, but then WHAM!!!! Putrid smell of human crap for a few miles...WTF??? I mentioned our ride to a buddy of mine who knows the area well, and he asks...did you smell the human crap? Obviously the area is known for it

Worst = rendering plant, I almost puked.
Best = Wonder bread plant, diner cooking breakfast on my morning commute and the war department wearing some perfume when we are headed out.

Best smells, this past month there were chile roasters roasting all over Albuquerque, love that smell. Also the General Mills plant....always smells like they are making Capn Crunch!!!

Worst smell, on the way to work there is part of my ride through a ghetto residential area that smells like raw sewage for a few blocks

on the way to work I go by a bread bakery. Nothing better than the smell of fresh baked bread in the morning. One of these days I'm going to have to leave 15min early & stop in and buy me a loaf.

Used to live in Elizabeth near Bayway, not far from the Jersey end of the Goethals & I can agree 100%. Was coming across the Goethals one day & smell this horrible chemical in the air & felt something sear the back of my throat. Went to my dentist the next day cause I found a boil there after the searing. He said I'll prolly be dead in 20 years. That was 20 years ago. (He & I grew up together & he had that morbid sense of humor.)

New Jersey is the worst thing I have ever smelled. I hit a racoon back in 93.

Feed lots in Kansas and Colorado. Right up there with the chicken farms in Iowa.

By the way, those things can be smelled on a Honda, Kawi, Suzuki, etc. as well.
