Do you regret your true duals?

I love my Bub 7's. Going from stock to True Duals I didn't notice a loss, though I have no numbers to back it up. In my opinion they look and sound better.

I'm a semi-geezer so true duals suit my riding style fine. I wanted to stick w/dual pipes on a bager and, like others, love the cackle on accel. I'll get beat off the line every time (don't care), but TD's do make people jump.

No problem with my Rinehart true duals. They sound great, there's less heat on right side, and they weigh much less than stock.

Personally, I prefer the look of a true dual set up over the single pipe even if it is the stock setup on the touring models. My preferred winter mid this year is a set of black true dual head pipes to go with the Rush mufflers I already have.
Seems like most people like the TD set up, look at last year's Street Glide, the 2:1 lasted just one year, back to TD's for 2011.
It's a personal thing just like the color of your bike, handlebars and everything else.

On my 2011 FLHTK I have true duals, Rinehart exhaust, SE air cleaner with K&N filter, and SE Race Tuner. Felt I had to do it because of heat and engine knock. Loved it all except too loud, so I pulled the baffles and wrapped them with muffler packing insulation. Still loud but not painful. Lots better power and lots less heat than stock. So far I'm glad I did it, but only have about 200 miles since change. Had 4700 miles on stock setup.

I have had them for over a year now on my 04' RK Custom, Rinehart TD's, SE mufflers with Big City Thunder baffles, 510 cams so no significant loss of power. Twist it hard and they can get noisy...

had the stock headers with a number of diff. slip ons and recently picked up some Rinehart TD's. Put them on, had the bike dyno'd and won't have anything else. Love, love, LOVE the sound and don't feel like I've lost anything in top or bottom. On a recent ride out in west TX. coming back to Alpine from the Davis Mtns, got on the throttle and moved it right up to 110 with no problem; didn't take long to get there either.
