How about some local 411
If you like wings - Ocean Deck - one block south of the main st pier. You can walk there to get a break from Main St or park there and take a walk about. http://www.oceandeck.com/daytona/
Breakfast - Peach Valley Cafe - Granada Plazza A1A and Granada (40). Or go super local home cooke breakie atTerry's Place just west of US1 (Ridgewood) on LPGA - the best local morining grub!
You nailed lunch - beef tips at IHS or the bolonia sammy (see pix). I also like the $14 pork chop at Full Moon on MS.
Dinner - Piranas Grill - 19 different hamburgers and home of the sunday blues jam. Just norht of Granada on US1 (on the way to The Horse).
Or some water front eating - can't go wrong with CJ's. It's on the mainland side of the river between Main st bridge and Seabreeze bridge.
http://www.caribbeanjacks.com/
Bonus - Snack Jacks - best peel and eat shrimp in town - directly on the ocean just before Flagler Beach. http://www.snackjacks.com/
Or is you want a kick *** blackend fish taco hit up Golden Lion one block north fo the Flagler pier up in Flagler beach - nice ride up there as well. http://www.goldenlioncafe.com/
Now this is just a small sample of what the worlds most famous beach has to offer.
PM if you need any more local 411.

Dude!
You make me want to ride to Daytona RIGHT NOW!
If you find a moment to get to ridetoeat.com it would be great if you could add some of those. They sound great!

Daytona Bike Week 2011
I am considering going to Daytona this year (2011).
I would like to hear from people on the all topics. Where to stay? What to do?
Steer me away from big mistakes. Don't miss activities.

Have to agree with all talking about DJ's. Try the fried grouper sandwich among everything else. This place gets multiple visits from me.
Also take a ride down through Daytona Beach Shores into Ponce Inlet to the Inlet Harbor Restaurant. Big deck, good food, and usually all day/night entertainment. While you're down there, stop at the Ponce Inlet lighthouse. There is usually a pretty good classic bike show there during bike week. Check it out.

For those that have never been, this map may be useful. The events that may still be left on it are from 2010. Keep checking it as I gradually update it for 2011.

Just a couple months away from Daytona. I'm ready!
I've probably hit 95% of your list. Just a couple thoughts:
I don't think Betty's is open for breakfast. Just lunch and dinner.
Breakfast:
Ultimate Omelet (1435 S. Ridgewood) Biker owned.
There was no sign for Mike's Galley last year. Don't know if he's still there.
Biscuits and Gravy.
Heard of a place called Flapjacks in Port Orange, but haven't been there.
Others:
Down the Hatch, Chases on the Beach. & Pappas Drive In are some of my favorites.
Trader Jacks in Deland and Dales Ales in Orange City if you venture outside Daytona.
