This sounds like a pretty economical way to buy prestige. 
And most people who can afford a Harley should be able to afford (& be willing) to pay for the maximum amount of prestige you can get ($35[?]/year + accessories). Usually boils down to money, which is good for the guy receiving it, I'm sure, and something to get excited about. But these prices seem very reasonable. And we can never have enough ways to pigeonhole and isolate others.

Can't cancel or dispute here's what Paypal said:
